Alex Vial

The first official employee in company history, Alex came aboard in 2003 and has been a pivotal player in our success since. As operations manager, he oversees nearly every facet of the operation, from customer service to network infrastructure. His role has grown from level one support to being an executive member of our team. Alex excels in software development and Cisco based networking, and is currently developing a custom, PHP based enterprise level inventory management system. He has poised himself to aid in the company’s ever continuing expansion, while providing customer support at a level only VSNX customers receive.
